Drivers License/Permit

Proof of School Enrollment (CHOOSE ONE):

  • Transcript provided by the customer's most recent school of attendance. The transcript does not have to be certified. Transcripts can be printed online in most school districts.
  • A notarized Certificate of School Enrollment Form
  • Most recent progress or grade report.  
  • A current school identification card, issued by the school or school system.
  • Other valid school-issued documents

If you are not able to print your students Transcripts from your Infinite Campus Parent Portal, please request one of these documents (listed above) 48 hours in advance.

We do not provide ADAP Certificates. Students should follow this link to complete the course and receive a Certificate.

Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (ADAP)

Students must complete the ADAP course as a requirement to receive a GA drivers license. The ADAP exam is not given as a part of our in-person Health class curriculum. However, the topics of the exam are discussed in class. If you completed your Health class online via FVS or GAVS, you can retrieve your ADAP certificate from the GaDDS website:

If you are unable to print your certificate, send an email to eADAPsupport@dds.ga.gov requesting a copy. Include your phone number, full name, birth date, and email address.
