●        $1,1750 for Progress learning subscription- helps with Sophomore ELA EOC - on the county approved list - Unanimously approved.

●        Only kids in online US History to take EOC - county has its own unit assessments in illuminate -

●        Signage on campus is faded

●        $2860 left after above allotments

• Apple TV for special ed - $1000 - may not be able to connect them to the network - they can cast using teams - no 

• Duty day for rec letters - 5 teachers at $175 a sub - teachers writing 15+ recommendations - unanimously approved 

• Copy bulk paper - $20,000 

• Faculty Fitness Challenge - $500 - good engagement last year - unanimously approved 

• Foods room - $1357 - they also have a CTE budget - some of this should go under department money ($36k) - consumables might not be in the budget  

• Data Days for special ed IEP writing - $400 - was paid for by county - unanimously approved 

• Shredding bins - $70/month for 9 months - $630 - unanimously approved 

• Mobile charging stations - $2,400 for 10 - hoping district can help - hold off 

• Tech adapters for band - $3,053 - unanimously approved 

7:33am Visual/Performing Arts Magnet Jones 

• The county has offered an option for schools to apply to be a magnet school - could not pull in kids from outside zone, submit an application and meet standards over the course of 3 years - if approved we get 3 teaching positions and coordinator position added to budget - lean into recruiting side to get students to do classes - approval needed by SGC, Board, secure for 26-27

• Start of the year going well, fully staffed, looking at 10 day count, need actual enrollment - 1998 on first day, 1976 was projected, some no shows - 48 students - figuring out where they are - can’t mark them as here till they show up - will have 10-15 new enrollments by Labor Day as usual, planned on adding 6th periods to certain teachers loads, if we lose a position we will have to take away the .2s and take the money from supplies 

• Special Ed numbers - more students in resource and self-contained than was originally projected, can impact our special ed numbers, chance of losing a special ed teacher 

• If we drop below 1950 we could lose counseling position 

• Milton not available for school choice bc of capacity above 95% - every other local school was - 20 emails from parents who want kids to go to Milton but they can’t - 2-3 year projected enrollment - 1927, 1990 in FY2025, 1913, 1972 for FY2024, 23 under in FY2023, 48 over in FY2022, under before then 

• Put in an application to be a magnet school for visual and performing arts - if approved you get 3 teaching positions and a school coordinator position - then he can add staff to core positions - doesn’t mean that you have to accept kids from outside Milton, means that you meet a national standard 

• Dr. Looney was here yesterday - met with seniors yesterday - 2 cell phones 

• 89% pass rate in 2200 AP Exams, if we pull virtual students out the pass rate is higher
