●        What metric should we be using to quantify how we will enhance performance for all students - AP Exam Pass rate (College Board) or Reading at/above Grade Level (balanced scorecard) - we are moving universal tester from MAP to PSAT - vote taken - AP Pass Rate will be used as the quantitative measure - goal is to get a 3

○        We will get a reading Lexile from PSAT

○        1000 kids take 2400 AP exams

●        What metric should we be using to quantify how we will deepen community connections? - Student Satisfaction Survey or Parent/Guardian Satisfaction Survey- 4 for parent, 2 for student - Parent/Guardian one will beuse

●        Allot an additional $5,000 for teacher development

●        Reminder of balance for printing/copy paper - typically spend $25,000 - unanimously approved - about $8,000
