AP Information Night
We are excited to invite you to our Virtual AP Night on Tuesday, January 20. This event is a great opportunity for you to learn more about the Advanced Placement (AP) courses offered at Milton High School.
Event Details:
- Date: Tuesday, January 20, 2026
- Time: 6:00 PM - 7:55 PM (Virtually)
How It Works:
- Watch Informational Videos: Each AP class has created a video that provides detailed information about the course. Please review these videos prior to the AP Virtual Night. The videos are now available under the Academics Section on our website.
- Join the Virtual AP Meeting: After watching the videos, you can join the virtual AP meeting for each department at the specified times listed below. Each department will have a 15-minute session to answer any questions you may have. There will be a chat box where you can post your questions.
AP Virtual Night Schedule (links included):
- 6:00-6:15 PM: Social Studies
- 6:20-6:35 PM: Science
- 6:40-6:55 PM: Math
- 7:00-7:15 PM: English
- 7:20-7:35 PM: World Languages
- 7:40-7:55 PM: CTAE/Arts

Dual Enrollment Information Night
The Dual Enrollment Information Night is scheduled for Tuesday; January 13 at 6:00 PM in the Milton Auditorium. Any student interested in Dual Enrollment for Summer 2026, Fall 2026, or Spring 2027 should attend. If you were unable to attend, the recording is posted to our Dual Enrollment page.

Class of 2028 (Sophomores) - Classroom Guidance Lesson
Counselors visited 10th Grade World History and AP World History classes on Tuesday, November 11 to deliver a classroom lesson. SchooLinks is LIVE for Students and Parents/Guardians
Beginning this year, Fulton County Schools has replaced Naviance with SchooLinks. This is a fantastic college and career exploration tool available at no extra cost to our students. Please view this video for more information on how to get started: Welcome to SchooLinks
Milton Counselors are using this platform to complete the state-mandated BRIDGE Bill activities through classroom guidance lessons. We encourage all students to complete the Onboarding and required BRIDGE Bill tasks within SchooLinks. All 12th, 11th, and 10th Graders have outstanding tasks to complete. Class of 2026 Letters of Recommendation & Transcript Requests
Important Dates:
- August 4, 2025: Counselor LOR Request form opens. You can request a Counselor LOR at www.bit.ly/miltonLOR25
- August 4, 2025: A Senior Brag Sheet must be completed in order to receive a Counselor LOR. Students must TYPE their responses and either email or print/deliver to their assigned counselor.
- September 1, 2025: Counselors BEGIN writing LORs. We will not write any letters before this date.
- September 15, 2025: Senior Brag Sheet is DUE for all students who will need a letter for the 2025-2026 SY.
Counselors WILL NOT write you a letter without a Senior Brag Sheet on file. Students must TYPE their responses and either email or print/deliver to their assigned counselor by September 15, 2025.
Students can request transcripts in their application platform (CommonApp, Coalition, Common Black App, etc.)
