AP INFORMATION NIGHT
Milton will host a VIRTUAL AP Information Night on Tuesday; January 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM. See below for instructions and links.
This event will be for CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY (Rising 10-12th). . This event is for students/families to learn more about the Advanced Placement (AP) courses offered at Milton High School.
How It Works:
1. Watch Informational Videos: Each AP class has created a video that provides detailed information about the course. Please review these videos prior to the AP Virtual Night. The videos are now available on the right panel of this page.
2. Join the Virtual AP Meeting: After watching the videos, you can join the virtual AP meeting for each department at the specified times listed below. Each department will have a 15-minute session to answer any questions you may have. There will be a chat box where you can post your questions.
AP Virtual Night Schedule (links included):
- 6:00-6:15 PM: Social Studies
- 6:20-6:35 PM: Science
- 6:40-6:55 PM: Math
- 7:00-7:15 PM: English
- 7:20-7:35 PM: World Languages
- 7:40-7:55 PM: CTAE/Arts

ELA CHANGES BEGINNING 2025-2026 SY
Prior to 2025-2026 SY, the ELA graduation requirements were:
1 Unit of 9th Lit/Comp
1 Unit of 11th American Lit/Comp (EOC course)
2 Additional Units of ELA, including equivalent AP/DE course
Beginning 2025-2026 SY, graduation requirements are:
1 Unit of Lit/Comp I (formerly 9th Lit/Comp)
1 Unit of Lit/Comp II (formerly 10th Lit/Comp, EOC Course)
2 Additional Units of ELA, including equivalent AP/DE course
